Auto-Filter copy/paste problem
 

Hi

I face the problem with the paste data into AutoFilter data.

I have data in the sheet, two columns used (name, amount)
A 1
B 2
C 3
A 4
B 5
C 6
A 7

Then I set Autofilter, I display only items with A in the first column.
However, then I want to copy into amount column the following column
10
11
12

and there is no possibility (despite using F5 - Special - Visible cells
only and then Paste). There is always overwritten the content of the
all cells.

Please, do you have any idea what is the problem?

By default, when you attempt to copy columns with AutoFilter, it will always
select all cells.
you can always sort the list by your A column and then copy and paste only
those rows...
