Debit/credit amount Slection How?

I have date with Debit and credits amount in selected range. So I want to
high light all credit €œ-€œ amount (not one by one, with one stroke).

Exp.

Credit/Debit
-1502
1788
223
-4250
As above example I want to high light all credit amounts. With conditional
formate or any other option.

There are many ways... here are two:

1) Choose the cells you want to have color. Choose Format - Cells.
Choose the Number tab. Choose Number from the list. Choose one of the
formats that is in Red. (These formats make negative numbers red, and
leave positive numbers black.) Hit OK.

2) Choose the cells you want to have color. Choose Format -
Conditional Formatting... Where you see the word "Between" change to
"Less than". In the box beside it, enter 0. Then choose Format...
choose the Pattern tab and choose a colour (say Red). Hit Ok twice.

For more help on Conditional formatting, see Debra Dalgleish's site:
http://www.contextures.com/tiptech.html and scroll down to the C
section and you'll see several links for Conditional Formatting which
take you through the steps.
