Some icons have disappeared on my tool bar, and my task bar has disappeared
altogether. I want to restore tool and task bar.

Right-Click in the grey area and select any missing toolbars
View- Toolbars- customize will allow you to add/remove icons.

ToolsCustomizeToolbars.

Select the Toolbar in question and "Reset"

As far as the "taskbar" goes, the only taskbar I know of is the Windows Taskbar
across the bottom of the screen.

StartSettingsTaskbar and Start MenuTaskbar. Uncheck "Autohide"
