Default saving with excel 2007 and oppening with excel 2003

Hello

i'd like to know if a file saved in excel 2007 can be opened with excel 2003.

You have to save the XL 2007-created document as a XL 2003 document; i.e.,
the file extension should be .XLS, not .XLSX

Default saving with excel 2007 and oppening with excel 2003

I was able to save an Excel file with extension .xlsx ( 2007) in Excel 2003.
These are the steps : 1) open the 2007 file and save the file using SAVE AS
and choosing a .dif format ( Data Interchange Format ) which is one of the
options you have,
2) open this new file and again using SAVE AS , this time you can choose a
Excel 2003 version format to save.
