Copying blocks of cells but the sizes don't copy
Please please please can someone help!!!!
I've created a spreadsheet that I basically just want to repeat over and over again like a template but when I copy and paste it to the space underneath it doesn't take the cell sizes with it rendering it impossible to use without spending hours resizing all the cells and I really don't have time to do it! Why won't it take it with it when I copy and paste is there another way?!!! Please help! Oh yeah I'm usinf Excel 2002 or XP if I just need to upgrade it at least I'd know. Many Thanks |

Copy the template in question, then select Paste Special from the File menu
and select Format. This pastes your formatting into the new area of your spreadsheet. Dave -- Brevity is the soul of wit. "Puttystuff" wrote: Please please please can someone help!!!!
