Spreadsheet print including macro buttons?
I am trying to print an Excel spreadsheet which includes macro buttons, but
the button does not appear in print. Can anyone please help? |

if you created the button from the Forms toolbar then it won't - if you create the button from either the control toolbox or a drawing object (both which can be linked to macros) then they will cheers JulieD "gunga" wrote in message ... And if, like me, you don't lilke the control toolbox, just use a shape

Actually, the command button from the Forms toolbar will print if you Right-click, select Format Control and checkmark "Print object " on the Properties tab. A button from the Forms Toolbar should print. Right-click on it and Format ControlPropertiesCheckmark "Print Object". gunga should check this property on the buttons in question on the sheet.
