Can anyone please help?

Hi

if you created the button from the Forms toolbar then it won't - if you
create the button from either the control toolbox or a drawing object (both
which can be linked to macros) then they will

Julie,

Actually, the command button from the Forms toolbar
will print if you Right-click, select Format Control and
checkmark "Print object " on the Properties tab.

Julie

A button from the Forms Toolbar should print.

Right-click on it and Format ControlPropertiesCheckmark "Print Object".

gunga should check this property on the buttons in question on the sheet.
