XL in a web page

Hi,

This may be obvious to a lot of people but not to me. I want to
display a spreadsheet using a web browser. This is ok but I lose the
ability to have a FREEZE PANES and also to sort by columns.

Are these features possible from with a web browser.

Please dont shoot me for my ignorance :)
