and another thing....DROP DOWN LISTS

For some reason I have to have my data I am using for my drop down lists on
the same worksheet as the analysis I am doing. Before I could have the data
on a seperate worksheet within the same file. Any suggestions as why this is
happening and more importantly how to fix it? Thank you.

If your data list is a named range it can be on any sheet.
