excel 2003 drop down time choosing

I utilize the drop down calendar to choose a date. I would like a drop down
window to choose a time. I would like the ability to choose 1 thru 12 for
hours, 0 thru 59 for minutes, and AM PM. The calendar is very handy and I
think the time selector would be for persons using my sheet. Thanks

An option:

Create a list with 1 through 12 in, say, D1 through D12

Highlight the cells you wish to have the drop down boxes.

Data - Validation

Allow:
List
Source: D1:D12

reates the drop-down for hours. Do the same for the rest.
