Saving work on a ftp server
 

I have an excel file that I want to keep on my internet server.
I need to update it every day.
I need my client to open the file from a link to it but not have the
ability to modify the file.
I was able to put the file on my ftp server but I am having trouble
saving it there.
Every time I go to save it wants to put it on my hard drive. How can I
work on it and keep the updated version on the website. I dont want to
have to copy it every time I am done with it.
