problem with Linking workbooks via "copy" and "paste link"
 

I am trying to link workbook A (source) and workbook B (destination) by
copying cells from wb-A and pasting special/paste link to wb-B, but the wb-B
is not updating from A. I've added a row to A but will not show up in B.

Is there a better way?

I've got a list of projects and job numbers in A and trying to link it up to
my timesheet in B.

Suggestions?
