IF Question
 

Hi, everybody!
I have two sheet: SHEET1 and SHEET3. In the SHEET1 I have almost 600 rows
data. In SHEET3 I have 4 criteria boxes D132, H132, I132 and J132. After this
in SHEET3 J242 cell I wrote
=IF(Sheet1!I109<Sheet3!$I$132,"",IF(Sheet1!D109<Sh eet3!$D$132,"",IF(Sheet1!H109Sheet3!$H$132,"",IF( Sheet1!J109=Sheet3!$J$132,Sheet1!J109,""))))
.. Everything is working fine. The first question is: Can I write one more IF
criteria in this cell or not because I heard the maximum is 4. Second
question is: Now in SHEET3 I can see the result of my criteria but example a
couple in row 242, 243, 244, 248, 252, 254. How can I see them together
without empty rows?

4 is not the limited, 7 Nested statements is the limit. You can simplify it

=IF(AND(Sheet1!I109<Sheet3!$I$132,Sheet1!D109<Shee t3!$D$132,Sheet1!H109Sheet3!$H$132Sheet1!J109<She et3!$J$132),"",Sheet1!J109,"")

Adding another would be simple.


Second

Can you clarify what you mean here?
