Default Data lining up correctly when printing

I have a user that generates Excel XP SOreadsheets from an Access Database.
WHen she sends these spreadsheets to users the data does not print correctly.
When you look at the Data Print Preview Everything looks good. However when
the client prints the spread sheet, the data keeps moving upwards until the
data starts going into the next cell. My Clients all use Office XP.
