How can you text in excel to go from bottom to top of the cell?
 

I'm create a chart and I want the text along the top to go from the bottom of
the cell to the top of the cell.

Any advice?

go to
Format
Cell
choose Alighment tab then set the "dial" to how you want your font to
read.

sorry... on a chart
right click on your "words".
Format axis
then select
