Text Box w/Scroll Bar

Need to create a text box (Merging Cells horizontally & vertically) and then
attch a scroll bar to it for reading purposes.

Can anybody help??

Embed a textbox from the Control Toolbox in the cell and set the properties to
have a vertical scrollbar.

Also set multiline and wordwrap to TRUE

Thank You. It appears the only way to type in it or scroll through the text
is to EDIT it. Correct?
