How to remove the Chinese language option from Excel?
I was working on microsoft excel. By mistake i hit some of the keys and the
chinese language got activated. What ever i type comes up in chinese. How to remove this facility and the language should stay as English. |

It's possible that your default language got messed up in some way. If so, you could try the next. Open "Microsoft Windows Start menu", then "Programs", and highlight "Microsoft Office Tools". Then click "Microsoft Office XP Language Settings". There is a box where you can change your "default version of Microsoft Office". It sounds like you've enabled the Chinese input method editor (IME). Press
"alt-shift" to make the problem go away. For a more permanent solution, run "Regional and Language Options" from the Windows Control Panel.
