The count on my pivot table is wrong - HELP!!
I have created a pivot table to keep count on how many inquiries and orders I
am receiving a day. For some reason is counting how many inq. I am getting correctly but it is not counting all the orders (for example, I have 8 orders for 12/7/2006 and it only counted 3). What should I do?? I really appreciate all the help I can get... Thanks |

There must be an error in the data which causes the Pivot table to believe it's
not an order. How do you identify an order? Are you sure all records have the same code? Double-click on the cell in the pivot table that is incorrect. Excel should create a table of the underlying values. Compare the entries in this table to those that were missed, and see what the difference is. -- Regards, Fred "mercedes" wrote in message ...
