Excel 2003 Save as Web page... imported into prior Excel versions

In Excel 2003, there is "File - Save as Web Page..." in which I can save my
workbook into a "Single File Web Page (*.mht; *.mhtml)".

My question is... Can this saved *.mht file be opened/imported into prior
versions of excel, easily?

Thanks,
Dave

Most flavours of HTML can be consumed in XL2000 and up and XL97 with an
installed HTML add-in
