here is the problem that i want to make worksheet unprotected but the option
in "tools" menu in "protection" sub menu is not highlighted plz help me |

If the workbook is also "Shared" you cannot unprotect it.
Unshare first then unprotect. ToolsShare Workbook OR you may have more than one sheet selected. Do you see [Group] next to the filename in Title Bar?
