how do i design a template with one to many relationship in excel

Hi,
I have a requirment to design a excel template with one to many relationship
in an hierarhical format.
Ex: An ID can have many attributes, which can again have childs and can grow
as the year progresses

I dont want to use 2 different worksheets. Can any body suggest me?
