Need Excel Help Please!!

On Excel (Microsoft Office 2003) can i have different users with different
passwords, if so how? Also can you attach keyboard shortcuts to a button, if
so how?

Also, is it possible to have a 'Admin' who can ban users that are allowed on
the form?

Thanks very much.

No, yes, and no.

To attach keyboard shortcuts you need to write or record a macro and then
assign that macro to a button. Give more detail about what you're trying to
accomplish and someone can help you.

I tried a macro and it didn't work but im not sure if I did it properly. I
want to make a button called 'Search Document' and when you click it triggers
Ctrl + F (The search window) so you can search words and keywords. Im not
very clever at this so I need detailed help please.

Thanks!

You ask if you can have different users with different passwords. The
answer is Yes and No, depending on what you want the users to be able to do
once they have entered these different passwords. If you mean open the
file, the answer is no. If you mean access anything or everything or only
specific parts of the file once it is opened, the answer is Yes.
Yes, you can assign a macro to a button.
On the last question, I don't understand it. If the users are allowed
access, they are allowed access. If they are not, they are not. Please
post back and clarify your questions. HTH Otto
