Help a silver Surfer

Hi,
I sell trailers and need to produce quotations.

There are six different types in a group. i.e Powder=SSK60, SSK65, SS70
and so on.

With each tank there are options ie number of hatches possible answer
1to 6, axle type possible answer saf or bpw, and so on

Is it simple or beyond the scope of a new starter?

Regards

Hi Trailerman,

To be honest, I'm not sure what you are trying to do.

My husband does something very similar to this on a *much* larger basis. As
in hundreds of thousands of cells. I don't think it's all that easy. Are all
of your options available on all of your units? If so, it's easier. If not,
you're probably in over your head. I can check with him after work, if you'd
like.

Perhaps a combination of Data Validation drop downs and Vlookup. Where the
drop down offer the various selections of options and the vlookup produces
the price for that option.
