SelfCert
 

I use Office 2003 and I'm trying to use the self-certificate application.
Both SelfCert and MakeCert files are installed but when I run the
SelfCert.exe and I
type in my name I get the message "could not create a certificate". Has
anyone encountered this before? Is there something that I can do about it?
