toolbar addin for tabs

Have not seen the add-in, but some one here probibly has. I know there is
code out there to generate a table of contents but not the pop up you are
refering to. Wish I cou;d help more!!

Go to the left og the sheet tabs and right click on the arrows. A menu
comes up listing all the sheet tabs!!!
