Default Organizational Chart

I have been using Excel for making an organizational chart for a couple of
years. However, it has become time consuming to edit when box sizes are
being changed and then having to move the arrows, etc.

Is there a better way to do it or is there any freeware available somewhere?

Thanks,
Les

FYI... I looked xl2k in the drawing toolbar and it is not there. Did a
search and found nothing for organizational charts. Glad to hear it is in
xl03!!!
