One possibility is to use a 2nd sheet. Set it up like the first sheet but
instead of entering the data on sheet 2, you would reference the sheet/cells
from sheet 1 user the Upper function.

For example, if you have data in book1, create a new workbook like book1
except in the fields that have data entered, you would point back to book 1
for that cell.

So, if you have data in A1 in Workbook 1 on Sheet1 , you would input the
formula =UPPER([Book1.xls]Sheet1!$A$1) in cell A1 on workbook 2. Do this for
each cell that has data you want to be transferred. Workbook 1 becomes your
data entry book while Workbook 2 becomes your "working master."

You don't have to type the formula above, just go to the cell in workbook 2,
type in =INPUT( and then target the cell in workbook 1.

Senario

I have a Form in an excel spreadsheet. This is what I would Like to do. In
a range of cells when letters are entered in in lower case, they will change
to upper case when exit from cell. In addition need this to run when wokbook
is opened. Do not want to us a hot key. Help
