sharing an Excel file
 

I have one central file ehich is updated troughout the day by only one
person. Meanwhile during the day I would like other workers to view the
updated file, i.e. they need to see every updated online.
what kind of sharing options are possible without opening & closing the file
every time I want to see the update (as the viewer)?
Do I need to write a macro for auto save for the main user?
