Default Access Right Shift Issue

If I hold down the right shift in Access, an Accessability window pops up. I
find that annoying, so I took the option to change the behavior. This
created worse problems. How do I reverse it? I can't find it. Thanks

THis newsgroup is for Excel questions. Maybe you will have better luck posting
in an Access group.
