Excel 2002 : How to highlight picture with colors ?
Dear Sir,
I pasted a report from "Print Screen" mode to Excel 2002 Worksheet. I would like to highlight a few lines with light colors for explanation to others via e-mail. May I know how to do it as the lines of the worksheet has already been covered up by the pasting ? Thanks Low -- A36B58K641 |

do edit toolbars drawing
now use the drawing tools to draw on top of the picture BUT an easier way to handle this is to paste the picture into Paint (usually STARTprogramsaccessoriespaint) it gives you more control over what you draw (Excel is a spreadsheet not a picture editor) then you can again copy (CTRL-C) your updated picture from Paint to word or excel or just directly into your email -- Allllen "Mr. Low" wrote: Dear Sir, I pasted a report from "Print Screen" mode to Excel 2002 Worksheet.
