Default Interpolating tables

Hello,
Can any one help with this question:

A1: A51 = 50% to 100% (in 1% steps)
B1: B51 = Readings corresponding to the percents.

Known a
50% =4000
70% =2400
80% =1600
95% =400
97% =240
99% =80
100% =0

Required is to know how to interpolate and fill out the remaining percent
cells.

Thanks in advance.
