Importing Data from Multible Ranges in Excel Sheet

just I would like to ask, How could I import a data from multiple columns in an excel sheet to other single column without being any of those imported data duplicated.... Importing Data from Multible Ranges in Excel Sheet
The easiest thing to do is to first combine the columns with Copy/Paste and
then remove any duplicates.
