How do I activate the "greyed out" hyperlink function
One of my workbooks has the hyperlink finction "greyed out", both from the
drop down from the Insert tab as well as right clicking on the email adresses I'm trying to create hyperlinks to . The separate hyperlink button on the task bar doesn't seem to work either. (I don't know if this problem is connected with the fact that the workbook's File/Properties/Summary details are also greyed out). My other workbooks' hyperlink functions are working are all fine (and their File/Properties/Summary details are not greyed out). I'm using Excel 2002 SP3. -- phil b australia |

Is the worksheet protected?
(Tools|Protection|Unprotect Sheet--you may need a password) Is the workbook shared? (Tools|Share workbook and unshare it) crossroads wrote: One of my workbooks has the hyperlink finction "greyed out", both from the drop down from the Insert tab as well as right clicking on the email adresses I'm trying to create hyperlinks to .
