protected workbook for windows

I wish to apply workbook protection and protect for windows. Is there any way
of instructing the workbook to open to a specific size (eg full-screen). I
cant quite see the point of protecting for windows if Excel simply decides
the window size!

protected workbook for windows

Before protecting the workbook, un-maximize it and resize to full size.

Then protect with windows and structure checked.

Save and close.

The workbook will open to the size you saved with.
