Default Long Date - Long Date = text is days

In a worksheet I am trying to subtract a long date format from a long date
format and trying to return the days between the two dates.

example: 10/13/2006 8:30:00 AM - 9/6/2006 10:04:00 AM

TFTH,
Tom
