Pivot Table Refresh
 

I have massive pivot tables that are refreshed on every month. When I
override the prior months data the drop down lists do not refresh, old values
are still present even though the values are no longer there.

example:
month 1: column A has 4 values: forecast, actual, plan, projected
Month 2: I delete plan as a value yet it still appears.
