Display message upon file open even with macro security set to high

hi there. i know that one can set a macro to run automatically display
message box upon opening the file, but if the user has their macro
security set to high (automatically do not run any macros) the code in
even the this workbook section won't run. anyone know of a way to get
around this? essemtially, i want to be able to add something to a
spreadsheet saying that when anyone opens it they assume responsiblity
for anything that happens given their use of the model.

thanks in advance!!!

matt

Put the note on a dedicated worksheet and save the workbook with that sheet as
the activesheet.
