CAN I CLUB SIMILAR EXCEL FILES WITHOUT COPYING AND PASTING
 
suppose i want to club or add similar excel files;for example two files
containing 2 columns like name and telephone no.can this be clubbed into a
single file by a command or formula without the normal procedure of opening
one file copying and then pasting into the other file.

Could you please explain what you mean by "club"? Is this sdomething you
are trying to "force" to happen?

Yes you can, you can actually go to the first sheet, place a "+" sign in
the first sheet cell A2 for example, and then open the second sheet and go
to the cell that you want to add then press enter. It will then automaticall
update the cell in the first sheet from the second sheet.
