Protecting a file in Excel 2003

Hi,
I want the file I have created to be opened without a password, but locked
so people cannot edit the contents it once opened.
I cannot remember how to do this, as whenever I add protection its asking if
I want to open as a read only. Im using Excel 2003

Any help would be great
Thanks.....

KrisP,
If you want to protect all your cells, lock all cells in Format
CellsProtectionLocked

And then, protect your sheet: ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet
