Fitting text in designated columns/rows

I have a long row of text that I want to show in only 10 columns across and
as many rows down as it takes to get the entire text to show. I've tried a
bunch on approaches and nothing seems to do it. Please advise.

Im not sure how to do it but TRANSPOSE may help you!!
