Default Damaged Excel files

Hi, I've been a problem with excel 2003 files, When some users at my office
work with workbooks that imports data from another excel files and then save
and re-open the same file, Excel shows the "open and repair" window, and
then shows the workbook damage. How can I avoid this? or why is this
happening? all the files are in a local hard disk.

Any solution please contact me

Thanks
