0 missing from currency when merging documents
Hi there,
I am merging a document from excel to word. When I merge them my currency loses a 0 at the end. i.e £7.50 ends up as £7.5 and I am manually adding in a 0 at the end of each one. This is rather tedious as you can imagine, as there are over 200 entries. Is there anyway I can do this quickly, maybe my settings are wrong. I have currency setup in excel - currency 2 decimal places. Please help Thanks Lynda |

There's an article on the Microsoft web site that might help you: Answer Box: Numbers don't merge right in Word http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/as...164951033.aspx And if you prefer the old Mail Merge helper, Word MVP Suzanne Barnhill has instructions he http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/C...ngWord2002.htm about half way down the page. lyndamac wrote: Hi there, I am merging a document from excel to word.
