To make rows collapsible and expandable in Excel, follow these steps:

1. Select the rows that you want to group together.
2. Right-click on the selected rows and choose "Group" from the context menu. Alternatively, you can go to the "Data" tab in the ribbon and click on the "Group" button.
3. Excel will group the selected rows together and add a small button with a minus sign (-) to the left of the first row in the group. Clicking on this button will collapse the group and hide the rows within it.
4. To expand the group and show the hidden rows, click on the plus sign (+) button that appears in place of the minus sign button when the group is collapsed.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut "Alt + Shift + Right Arrow" to group the selected rows and "Alt + Shift + Left Arrow" to ungroup them.

Note that you can also group columns in the same way by selecting the columns instead of rows. Additionally, you can nest groups within each other to create more complex collapsible structures.

Another way is data|subtotal. You'd probably want to sort your data first,
though.
