Help Please
 

The Controls ToolBox Menu option is not showing in View ToolBars.
I have tried using reset in customize option but to no avail.
Can someone kindly point me in right direction how I restore this menu item
please?

ViewCostomizeCommands
on the left menu, select TOOLS
then scroll the right to just past the middle ( icon has a hammer & wrench)
click and drag it to your toolbar

I had already tried that but when I click on icon - nothing happens??? do
you have any other suggestions that I can try?
should have mentioned I'm running XP with office 2003 pro.

How about 'activemenubar.reset'
works with me to restore.
