I need to convert an Excel document to a Word document, but when I simply
copy and paste, the grid lines show up in Word, even when I hid them in Excel. Also, the document from Excel didn't all fit in Word. Is there an actual conversion process besides just doing the "copy and paste" thing? Thanks! Lisa |

Have you tried Edit, Paste Special?

Here's what I've done:
I've changed the layout of the Word doc to Landscape before pasting. After I paste, I highlight the new "table" and convert the table to text. Depending upon how big the section of spreadsheet you're using, you should be able to view it all. If not, you can try changing the font type/size with the table highlighted before converting it from table to text. Let me know if this helps.
