If b1 had green text how would i get a1 to copy that colour automatically.
If it was changed in b1, a1 would automatically update itself.

I will suggest you to use "Conditional Formatting" instead.

I have used the conditional support in b1 I wanty a1 to coincide with the
changes made in b1 to be implemented in a1.

I think the only way could be Conditional Formatting. Try it with another way.
