Default More colors for formatting cells

I want to be able to customize the format color of the cells similiar to
'Format Auto Shape' with the use of the spectrum. When I click Format Cells,
I am limited to the basic colors. I'd like to be able to change the tint of
those colors similiar to when I add an auto shape.

ToolsoptionsColorModify

You can replace any color with the new one you like but you are limited to
the 40 that are allowed in the pallet.
