Can I format a cell to display latitude and longitude
I am trying to show Latitude and Longitude in my spreadsheet. Is there a way
to format a cell to display D° MM' SS.SSS, and then have it display that in the spreadsheet |

I've tried the methods mentioned on that webpage but they don't work. All
they display is zeros; not the numbers I am typing in.
