Pointing on a cell shows me a list . . .how to do that ?
Hi all,
I found an interesting option but cannot reproduce it ! From a single cell, I may select an element from a list apart It is not a box so not a shape but simply a common cell . . . when pointing on that cell, a small triangle appears on the right edge and permits to see the whole list, select an element which appears then in the cell itself Any idea how to generate it again ? Thanks for your help Joël |

Hi
Data Validation, and select List from drop-down choices. You can enter the list directly (using delimiters defined in Windows international settings), you can refer to list of values on same sheet, or you can refer to some named range, which defines the list of values on any sheet of workbook. -- Arvi Laanemets ( My real mail address: arvi.laanemets<attarkon.ee ) "Jo?l" wrote in message ...
