Reduce subtotals all at once?
Greetings,
When I use subtotals the data comes out in expanded form. Is there a way to quickly reduce to just see the subtotals for the whole sheet rather than clicking the - sign for each subtotal change in data? Thanks! |

Okay I'm a dummy, of course you just click on the numbers at the top of the
subtotals to reduce or expand. Need more coffee this am!!! "tim m" wrote: Greetings, When I use subtotals the data comes out in expanded form. Is there a way to quickly reduce to just see the subtotals for the whole sheet rather than clicking the - sign for each subtotal change in data? Thanks! |
