Update KB923088 (Excell 2003) fails to install

Update KB923088 (Excell 2003) fails to install. After about half way
finishing with the install I get a screen that says intallation failed. I
haven't looked in any logs to find details.

Does anyone have any ideas or know the name of the log file to look in for
more detail?
